Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom smartphone is all about visual treats
It has been a long-felt need of the smartphone lovers - a smartphone equipped with good digital camera with high quality visual perfection. Samsung has been able to meet this much-needed requirement with its 16x optical zoom, 16-megapixel CMOS Sensor, a Xenon Flash camera and all rolled in a smartphone.
A new hybrid of camera and smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom, which was unveiled on Wednesday, has 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display with a resolution of 540x960 pixels. It has an efficient Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/5GHz (ac), NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 (LE), A-GPS connectivity options and a 2,330mAh battery.
The S4 Zoom has, apart from the above features, an Accelerometer, Geomagnetic, Proximity, Gyroscope and RGB Light sensors that makes it trendier with added features.
Like any other digital camera, the smartphone's has an expert mode with P/S/M/C options. This will help the users to take pictures in various modes like Manual and Custom modes, Program and Shutter Priority.
To ensure a wide-ranging features-added smartphone, the Korean manufacturer has come out with various models, each suiting a specified need of the users--Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, Galaxy S4 Active and now Galaxy S4 Zoom. All these models follow the Android smartphone base model with improved efficiency and additional options to its users.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and offers 8GB of internal storage expandable via microSD card. The new device comes with a 1.9-megapixel front facing camera as well coupled with the 16-megapixel rear shooter.
As with other Galaxy models, the device runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system with Samsung's TouchWiz UI.
One of the strongest features of the new device's camera capability is its dedicated shutter button. Unlike other phones which have single button for multiple usages, the new device has a specified functional click for the best and clear clicking of pictures.
All these new features will be in addition to Samsung's other apps including Hub, Samsung Link, Samsung ChatON, S Voice and S Translator and of course with much-liked Samsung Hub and Samsung Link.
What seems to be a new innovation from Samsung in its Galaxy S4 Zoom is its 'Zoom Ring' feature. Just think that you could send a picture to someone you are talking to, of the very moment, by activating your zoom ring.
With its auto focus, you can click continuous shots at 4fps and its 25 smart mode options equips you with the capability of clicking any visual under the sun.
